New eFiling initiative by the US CPSC
The United States Consumer Product Safety Commission is currently completing beta testing on their new eFiling initiative. The testing has allowed them to fine-tune the eFiling system.
EFiling refers to a requirement for those importing products into the United States to electronically file a Children’s Product Certificate with the US government. They expect to roll out this program and requirement in full during 2025. You can learn about the eFiling program on the CPSC website.

The US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) is currently conducting the eFiling Beta Pilot with industry participants and Intertek is participating in the Beta Pilot. The outcome and feedback received would help CPSC in final rulemaking for full implementation, scheduled for Jan 2025.
