The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) is revolutionizing compliance through digitization, with eFiling serving as a major initiative to modernize how certificate data is submitted. Starting July 2026, eFiling will become mandatory for products requiring a Children’s Product Certificate (CPC) or a General Certificate of Conformity (GCC). This requirement will also apply to all products exported from the EU to the U.S.
